Dispatched Items
All items will be securely packaged as appropriate and dispatched to your address as provided by you. Once an order has been processed, we will arrange for the dispatch of your item(s) within 3 working days. For any enquiries about your order, please email theoldgeorgestudio@gmail.com with your order reference number and the name of the item.
Refunds and returns
We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below.
To request a refund or exchange please email theoldgeorgestudio@gmail.com with your order reference number and the name of the item you would like to return and the reason for the refund. We will then inform you of whether the return/refund has been approved.
If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods on arrival, you should notify us immediately.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by us.
